Group Sessions
(3 person max)

$35 per person/per 1 hour session
(Group sessions are only sold as hour long sessions)

Online Training

Includes 5 workouts a week and weekly check-ins (via email)
$250 a month

 

Nutrition

Meal plan only - $75.00
Includes 15 minute consult and customized meal plan.
If purchased in addition to training sessions - $50.00

Do my sessions expire?

Nope! You can use your sessions at whatever pace works best for you.

Can I bring a friend with me to a session?

Group sessions are available and must be purchased separately from one-on-on training.

Will I be charged if I have to cancel or reschedule a session?

There is a 2 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel before then, you will not be charged for your session.

How many days a week should I train in order to reach my goals?

The ideal frequency of training varies from person to person, as everyone’s body’s and goals are different. During our first session, I’ll evaluate your starting point and recommend a training program and frequency that works best for you. 

Will I look like Arnold Schwarzenegger after just one session?
